Fight News From Around The π
Revenge Or Repeat?
Anthony Joshua faces Oleksandr Usyk in a bid to recapture the WBO, WBA (Super) and IBF heavyweight titles he in London 11 months ago. This time around, they face off in Jeddah, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
Usyk comprehensively outboxed the Brit for 12 rounds in the first fight, and will be looking to either repeat the feat or even become the 2nd man to stop Joshua after Andy Ruiz Jr.
A win tomorrow cements him as a pound for pound all time great at both cruiserweight and heavyweight.
Should Joshua win, he will rightly reap the benefits; proving his credentials as an elite heavyweight and setting up a potential all-British super fight with Tyson Fury.
What to look for in the fight:
Usyk to find success again with his straight left, as he did in the first fight.
Joshua to target the body to try and slow down the moving target of Usyk (who has been hurt to the body before in the amateurs).
Joshua's aggression. Much was made of his overly cautious approach in the first fight. Expect that to change as he looks to take more risks for the KO.
Don't take our word for it...
Teddy and Ken went down the the legendary Trinity Boxing Club in New York to film a fight plan for the Usyk vs Joshua rematch, with detailed analysis of how the fight could play out and Teddy's prediction for the fight.

UFC 278 Looks To Deliver
The UFC, as ever, delivers another stacked PPV card, this time from Salt Lake City.
Top of the bill, Kamaru Usman looks to make his 6th successful title defence against Leon Edwards. The Brit hasn't tasted defeat in the UFC since 2016, when he was beaten by none other than: Kamaru Usman.
The co-main event pits former middleweight champion Luke Rockhold against former title challenger Paulo Costa in a clash that looks almost certain to not go the distance, with both men having huge points to prove after coming off multiple losses.
The third last fight of the night could end up stealing the show, as modern day legend Jose Aldo looks to keep momentum on a 2nd bantamweight title shot going. He faces the confident and tough Merab Dvalishvili, who has ambitions of succeeding his friend and teammate Aljamain Sterling as champion soon.
What to look for in the fights:
Leon Edwards looking to score points and bank rounds as opposed to hurt Usman/take him down.
Usman to translate his fight week confidence to the octagon, in the way he looks to dominate on the feet and the mat if he takes Edwards down.
Rockhold's rust. Luke Rockhold has fought 3 times since 2017 and this could be a key factor against a Paulo Costa who is hungry for a win.
Aldo's striking against Dvalishvili will likely be focused on timing his takedown attempts and punching inbetween his wide shots.
