Jake Paul's Biggest Test Yet?

These Boxing "side shows" have caused a lot of debate within the combat sports world. But one thing can't be denied. They generate SERIOUS attention.

The whole Boxing and MMA has seemingly come together in providing an opinion on this fight, not just in terms of whether it's good for boxing, but giving a genuine analysis of who is going to win.

Unlike Paul's previous fights, there seems to be a general feeling around Woodley that he is coming to win, and in devastating fashion.

Paul himself seems to see this as a test, admitting that Woodley is going to be a bigger challenge than his previous opponents, but one that he plans to overcome nonetheless.

Woodley has genuine knockout power and respectable striking credentials. He is a former defending champion in one of the most competitive and talent filled divisions in mixed martial arts. However, the question mark seems to be whether he has become a "shot" fighter, having suffered a brutal knockout in his last UFC outing, and having lost 3 consecutive fights before then.

Here's Why Teddy Is Picking Paul To Win

Do you agree with Teddy on this one or does the Jake Paul hype train come to a very abrupt halt on Sunday?

A Stacked UFC Fight Night Awaits

This weekend sees a lot of brilliant mixed martial arts contests take place at the UFC Apex.

Floyd Mayweather signed MMA fighter Makhmud Muradov takes on his biggest test at middleweight yet in Gerald Meerschaert, aiming to extend his winning streak to 14 in a row.

Former interim title challenger Kevin Lee returns to Welterweight, where he has yet to taste victory in the Octagon. He's been jumping up and down between 155 and 170 in search of some winning form, and he'll fancy his chances against Daniel Rodriguez, who himself is coming off a dominant boxing masterclass against Mike Perry.

And then there's the main event, Edson Barboza vs Giga Chikadze in a featherweight top 10 contest.

Barboza didn't have the best debut at his new home of 145 lbs, losing to Dan Ige by split decision. But he's had 2 wins on the bounce since, and will need to tap into his striking mastery (see below) to be able to defeat Chikadze, who hasn't tasted defeat since 2018 and is a very talented kickboxer himself.

The UFC is definitely keeping us entertained in between their PPV's and they keep hitting the mark with these brilliant match ups. Boxing...take notes.
